Yes you can.. those months you are using should be a part of the 12 consecutive months of the last 15months..parafira wrote:Hello,
If somebody could give me an explanation it would be really appreciated.
Tier1 General Guidance document says:
"consecutive 12-month period during the 15 months"
Does it meant the earning have to be 12 months in a row, one by one?
Or I can use for example Jan - Feb 2009 + April 2009 to Jan 2009 in total 12 months with one month gap Mar 2009.
Thank you!
It's has to be betn these 12 months. You can have less than 12 monthsparafira wrote:Hello,

No, that's 13 months. Either you have to exclude Jan 2010 or Jan 09.parafira wrote: r I can use for example Jan - Feb 2009 + April 2009 to Jan 2009 in total 12 months with one month gap Mar 2009.
They need not be one by one but should definitely be part of consecutive 12 months in the last 15 months. In your case it can be JAN-Feb2009 + April to Dec2009 or Feb2009 + April to Jan 2009. This is as per my understanding. Please correct me if wrong.I can use for example Jan - Feb 2009 + April 2009 to Jan 2009 in total 12 months with one month gap Mar 2009.
Yes, there can be. But, in this case, you will be claiming less no of months not 12.parafira wrote:Hi gotcha,
