Do you mean Home office hold your passport buy why. If you got rejection from AIT at first stage you want to leave country within 28 dyas. you still have option for reconsideration and then high court as well.slightee wrote:First time post here. someone told me that he went to his hearing without any rep..but it doesnt matter as ho rep did not ask any questions n just read the paragraph of test case decision and the judge told him about refusal on the same day..so i think it doesnt matter..but i think lawyer can be a little bit of support though everyone knows what is the reply..good luck to your friend n please update after the hearing.redbull wrote:hi guys,
