I think the criteria is quite clear which is set by HO and it needs to be a DEGREE!

Strange indeed, and they said they only accept degree from UK and the only awarding bodies are the recognised bodies, ACCA is listed body and also has not degree awarding power, but offers professional qualifications that can be equivalent to Degree under the NQF.
Mowaiskhalid, if you would not mind, Can you provide us with the date of your appeal, so that others can use it as reference?, knowing the fact that AIT do not publish personal information only your HO counterpart and the case details is published.

1. Hard to believe wat u saying as i have not seen anybody or know anybody who got PSW on the basis of ACCA.
2. I am sure that everybody wud like to see a proof for wat u saying.
3. The PSW guidence and the law clearly states that professional qualification is not acceptable.
4. So if the judge ignored the law and the rule then thats the only case in the UK.

No Way!, read Nos 53 to 56 of the Tier 1 Post Study Work Policy Guidance.
ACCA is not a Recognized body,
they are only Listed body and it is not enough

If you Visa is only allowed, then HO might come back for you

ACCA is a professional degree which can't be used for PSW.So no chance, you ll get psw on it but you can get Tier 1 General if you have enough points.
