Hello Everybody.

Is the follwing period is calculated as 12 months ? please advice.

1 . I will be applying my tier 1 on April 20 2010 and will be claiming my earnings period from feb 22 2009 to feb 16 2010( I get paid bi weekly). Would it be any problem ? please let me know your thoughts. the above pay period is considered as 12 months or not ?

Above period is not 12 months. It should be 22feb2009-21feb2010 to be 12 months. But, you dont need to have complete 12 months earnings, if you can reach the previous earnings threshold.

Are these dates the Period you worked or the Dates you were paid the weekly salary.. though it looks fine..

just make sure you are try to claim points for 12 consecutive months PERIOD you worked Ok..
