setting up a limited company

Post by devauk » Thu Jan 28, 2010 11:57 pm

Hi

I am starting my work as a contractor but I am on tier2 dependent visa. Am I allowed legally to setup my own ltd company or do I need to invoice through an umbrella company.

Any help provided is appreciated.

Thanks

There are no restrictions on you. So you can do either of the things you mention .... your choice.

I would suggest umbrella company would be a hassle free option for a tier2 dependant.
