I am sanjay Ladhawala having HSMP file NO-23054, got visa on 13th octomber 2005 and boarded in U.K. on 24th November 2005.

At present I am working in a construction firm of U.K. as a Assistant site Manager.

Now Due to some unavoidable business reason I have to go in India for 180 days.

I request you to guide me for possible implication on my HSMP extension.

I would be oblized if you will guide me about the total stay required in four years (i.e. 1st year plus next three years extenson).

I'm not sure I understand - you say you are Sanjay and then your signature says you are Atul.

Dude, do you have two names by any chance?
