Trading Through Limited Company and obtaining HSMP extension

I could not find anything exactly on point here but the question has anyone encountered problems in obtaining a HSMP extension where they have contracted through a limited company that pays them a small salary and the rest in dividends. I note that when initailly applying for HSMP dividends are not taken into account to calculate the salary.

However the test for an extension is remaining ecomically active
