P 60 MISSING FOR ILR

HI

my wife came here in uk in 2005 on work permit. now we are planning to apply for ILR. but her first years (2005-2006) form P60 is missing. we requested the old employer for a copy. but he did not given. i am worried wheather it will affects our ILR application or not.

please can anyone advise on it

First, you've posted your question in a wrong forum. It is for Tier4 Student visas.
