Visa sent on Saturday

Post by Ashley44 » Sat Jan 30, 2010 11:02 am

Hello guys,

My visa is expiring on the 31th of January and I have just sent my application on the 30th of January(with next day delivery). However, the 31th is on a Sunday and I fear that they will receive my application on Monday(the 1st of February). Is it going to be Fine??

Many thanks

Ashley

Thank you guys,

I am so relieved now. I had lots trouble collecting my bank statements from Lloyds, that`s why I could not send it earlier

I have sent my application via recorded post and I have got a receipt stating the date(30th January) and also the home office address. Is it enough?

I hope to receive my acknowledgement by next week and as far as I know if your application is made after your visa expires, they might reject it!!!(check out with the experts)

Thank u again guys, this forum has been very supportive and helpful. Wish all of u gud continuation and gud luck.

Cheers,

Ashley
