Vaf2 or Vaf10

I just got married and would like to bring my wife to the UK. My first visa was given to me under the HSMP rule before November 2006. My second visa which xpires in 2011 was give to me in Novmber 2008 and marked Tier 1 (General). I am confused as to which form I should use-Vaf2 or vaf10. Please help me as soon as possible for my wife is going to apply for visa next week. Thank you for any information.
