I am preparing to apply for my HSMP (now known as Tier 1) Extension. In the Application form titled "TIER 1 (GENERAL) APPLICATION FORM" Section 2 Question(s) C9 C10 C11 C12. talk about ICFN (Identity Card for Foreign Nationals).

Is this required for Tier 1 extension?

My understanding is that it is not. If yes what will you answer to these questions?

ICFN is not being issued to Tier 1 (gen) yet. You can leave them blank.
