Dear All
Request your help regarding fill up Part 6 of VAF9 MAR2009.
I had applied for Tier 1 General Migrant Visa on 05Jun2009 and was rejected due to missing Bank Logo.
I am reapplying now. Please let me know the response I need to fill in for question 6.3 (Have you ever been refused a visa for any country?).
Apart from this, are there any other questions which I need to mention regarding my prior application details.

In response to the highlighted question, YES!
Haven't bothered to search the form, but I'm quite sure there is also the option to put the reason why.

After responding Yes for question 6.3, we need to provide a Reference Number (Either enter your Home Office Reference Number which is prefixed with the first letter of your family name Smith = S12345 or your visa reference number XXX/123456 were XXX is the country.)
Kindly let me know where do I find this; as I could not find this on my passport.

You should find this in your initial Reference Letter received from HO...

Is it the Post Reference No: Chennai/XXXXXX
