PSW, No reply after 5 weeks, any idea?

PSW Application;
nearly 8 weeks now.
no reply

It is not sign of refusal, they can be like that sometimes.
But if you have been here for sometime, say 7 -8 years, then you relax, and wait for them since your status before the application stands.
and certain delays are contested in court against and supports decision in applicants favour. especially where they have delayed than normal.
But for 2 months, you suppose to get at least the ACK letter.
Hope they have not lost your application.

well mr. post man,
i send my application on 15th december and received the acknowldge on 17 december fees deduct on 16th december, and theres nothing after that.
one of my classfellow living here in UK for 9 years got his PSW within 5 weeks. i know some more cases like this, i am living here for 3 years.
its excat 7 weeks today and i am getting worry now.

hi guys, i got my PSW today morning
let me tell you all the detail;

application send on 15th december
confirmation received on 17th december
fees deduct on 16th december
passport received on 1st febraury 2010
Visa stamped on 28th jan.
