just few questions about EEA family permit....

Can a British citizen reside in UK sponcer a non EU national from a non
EU country on EEA family permit to uK???

can an assylum seeker whose already in UK apply for EEA family permit ?? his/her family memebers lives in german and italian citizens?

1. No, the british citizen has to exercise his/her treaty rights first by working/living in another EU country, before he can sponser/bring back a non-EU national on a EEA family permit.

2. You will have to give us more details. If the asylum seekers spouse is German/Italian then yes, a EEA permit can <i> possibly</i> be applied for.. If the relation is not of a spouse but of another family member then might be still a chance. but if by family member you mean a distant relative, then no, that has no bearing on the asylum seeker being able to apply for an EEA permit.

EU national of the asylum seeker is NOT spouse, only brother and sisters.
if they were to apply, does the asylum seeker has to leave UK or can they apply while remaning in the UK? is it best to use all sister's and brother when applying or just one member is enogh?

the asylum application was rejected by HO few years ago but not required to leave UK.infact HO has not been contact for 4years.
