thank you, yes, we did cover it before >here< , but only a little.

But sadly, from brief analysis, it seems not worth the paper its written on. its
impotent.

For example, After its publication there is still abuse and violation by the
Irish Authorities. So no change.

yes but it hopefully strengthen's a victims case
