Processing dependent visa

Hi,
There were plenty of confusing clauses so I thought it is best to ask here. I am presently in London (Tier 1 visa) in a shared accomodation. I would be married in a few months time and would want to process a dependent visa.

1) Can someone tell me which is the form to be used?
2) What are the list of documents to be shown?
3) Do we have to show our tenancy agreement ? (For London, people who live in house/flatshares wont have such agreements)

I was thinking of looking for an independent house until wife receives a visa. But if tenancy agreement is needed I would have to process it soon. Any thoughts?
