Wht eveidence did you send to HO?sazia wrote:I have been leaving in UK for 6 years.
I obtained HSMP since 2007 & have extended my visa as Tier1 now.
I have been married for 2 years(jan 2008) and my wife lives in pakistan.Last year december 09 she applied for dependent visa which has been refused on the basis of lack of evidence for our relationship between these years.
During this 2 years I visted her only once which was in december last year.
What are my options now ? Could any one of you give me some advice on this matter?
Thank you for your time

What are the chances of getting success by appealing the verdict or shall I just make a fresh application ?yasa wrote:U got to show all the evidence regarding your relationship i.e. emails and other corrispondance between each other cuz its been 2 years and u only met her once....sazia wrote:I have been leaving in UK for 6 years.

Its all gonna be the same thing but in fresh application u got to pay the fees again. No one could possibly tell you the winning chances unless they gone through the same situation.sazia wrote:What are the chances of getting success by appealing the verdict or shall I just make a fresh application ?yasa wrote:U got to show all the evidence regarding your relationship i.e. emails and other corrispondance between each other cuz its been 2 years and u only met her once....sazia wrote:I have been leaving in UK for 6 years.
