Hello

I want to know how will Entry clearence officer get to know whether it is one bedroom flat or two when nothing is mention on the tenancy agreement .

It doesn't really matter. They will not go through the tenancy agreement anyways.

I think you will find that they do!
A, to check whether other people are allowed to stay at the property.
B, to check suitability for extra persons.
Otherwise, why supply something they are not going to 'go through' anyway?

Because they check the status from Valuation Office Agency, the same firm which calculates the Council Tax.
