Form for extention of High Skill Migrant Program

Hello All,

My Visa says High Skill Migrant Program. My Visa expires on 13th March 2010. I have applied for Extension using Tier 1 (General) version 04/09 under HSMPT Tier 1 .

Have i used Correct Form ? Today i received application back fromt the Visa office saying that i have not used correct Application Form.

Can any one guide me please .. Thanks in advance.

You have to use the latest version of the form, i.e., 10/09. This is available here.

I think i was wrong when i said that.
I have used version 10/09 same as you have mentioned.

Can you please put down the exact wording of the letter that was saying that you were using wrong application?

Thanks for kind help. I got communication from the person who has checked the application. He mentioned were exact problem is Issue was with form.
