TIER 4 DEPENDANT FUNDING advice

Can anyone help out!!!

My wife got admission and has paid half of her school fees which is 4,000 pounds. My baby and I plan on going with her to the UK while she studies.

The total amount all of us need to show is 20,794 pounds

4,000 - balance of her fees
7,200 - maintenance funds for 9 months
9,594 - maintenance funds for my baby and I for the next nine months

Her Mum is willing to sponsor us and has given us a letter confirming this, letter from her bank and also her fixed deposit certificate which holds around 60,000 pounds in it.

Now the question is can I apply using her Mums funds for my maintenance.

Yes you can but HO might reject u or ask further questions coz cash ( FDC - Fixed deposit certificate ) is in fixed deposit form. Its not in cash liquide form. Be careful and investigate further about FDC.

Thanks for the reply, her fixed deposit will actually mature just 2 days before school starts. So it will be liquid before we travel.
