How should the applicant/dependant's full name appear on the form? Should it be in the format
1. as mentioned in the passport (Family Name - First Name - Father's/ Other given name)
2. First Name - Last Name format?

The Tier 1 General application form page 5 says as in Passport

A2 Applicant’s full name, as given in his or her
passport or travel document.

As VKS mentioned.. it is good to provide the Name details as per ur evidences (passport here)
