Hi All,
I am completing my HSMP Extension Application and have appointment on 18th feb,
I have following questions for earning proof period claming(1 feb 2009 to 31 Jan 2010)
1- I have salary slips from my employer with matching bank statements
2- I Also work as Self Employed and registered with HRMC with UTR No. this is not a limited company. i got copy all my invoices and i got these payments in my same bank account (salary and invoices payments)
documents to proof my earnings are:-
1- Orignal salary slips and Bank statements. (for salary based earnigns)
2- Account letter (self employed earnings)
3- Account letter mentioning the Invoices details gross and estimated net.
please let me know are these documente enough or do i need anything else.
Again im a regirered self employe with HRMC with a UTR number.
