I would suggest you to get the visa first and then resign.asal wrote:If I say to my current employer that I am going to UK on tier1 visa at the time of my resignation time ,is there any impact by my employer to block my visa or to do something else?
Once you receive your visa, your employer can not do anything.. (but while the visa is in process and if you told ur employer abt ur UK plan.. if BHC does employment enquiry and calls your employer and if he does not give proper answer, then you may be in trouble..)asal wrote:If I say to my current employer that I am going to UK on tier1 visa at the time of my resignation time ,is there any impact by my employer to block my visa or to do something else?
