Retain Rights.

Post by cutepearl » Mon Feb 08, 2010 3:55 pm

Just confused on the following..
To retain rights you have to be married for 3 years and lived in the UK for at least 1 year? what does this mean? You can live in another country together as well and then divorce and still can retain the right or what? Please simplify.

Thanks
