sending review -- by fax or email?

I have prepared my review letter and would be sending it tomorrow.
I just wanted to know which is a safer way of sending it ..fax or email.

if email then which email id?

The concern is that it should not get misplaced somewhere.
Please advise from your experience.

i faxed mine then called a few days later to confirm receipt. That worked just fine.
