HI All, Ramesh and Sushmehta.
Pls what can i do in this situation. My wife and kid was refused. The following was written in thier refusal notice.

Your application does not attract full right of appeal under section 82(1)of the Nationality , immigration and Asylum Act 2002. Your right to appeal is limited t any or all of the grounds refferedto in section 84(1)(b) and (c) of the nationality, immigration and assylum act 2002 namely

(b) the decision is unlawful by virtue of section 19B of the race Relation act 1976 (c 74) (descrimination by public authorities)
(c) That the decision is unlawful under section 6 of the human right act 1998 (c.42) (public authority not to act contrary to human right convention) as being incompatible with the appellant's convention rights.).

Reason for refusal
Our marriage certificate was said not to be registered in our local council. I checked after the refusal i found out that it was not registered, they apologised for the error and duely registered it.
i have sent in my administrative review.

I need help on my dependants

Questions
What does this mean
should i appeal for them
what is my chances if i appeal
should i re-apply
pls help me out

1. So basically it was a correct refusal as u marriage certificate was not registered in the council and wen the caseworker contacted the council they cud not verify the document.
2. It is registered now as u said, so go for the admin review and include a detailed letter explaining wat happended also get a letter from the council explaining the same situation and i am sure that u will get teh visa.
