i am on tier 1 and i want to bring my brother to uk......any suggestions...!!!

Ask him to apply for the immigration category he qualifies for .. on his own!

You cannot bring family members (excluding spouse/unmarried partner/civil partner/same-gender partner and own children) to UK as your dependent(s).

You can make use of the following visa categories:

1. General Visitor Visa - If you want to bring him for few months as visitor 1(6months)

2. For Worked based visa's you need to look into the options like Highly Skilled Migrant Tier1(G) - If he qualifies based on the PBS Calculator or Tier2(G) with a sponsering company following the required rules..
