query regarding Dependent Visa

Dear All,

Before I posting this query, I have gone through many thread posted regarding dependent visa. Currently I have valid Tier-1 visa. I want to apply for dependent visa for my wife. In all of the thread suggested following document for dependent visa:
1. Marriage certificate
2. Marriage Photo
3. Bank statement.

My case is some thing different. I have done court marriage not traditional marriage. So I don't have any marriage photo.However I have marriage certificate issued by India government court and valid bank statement where both my and my wife name is clearly mention.

Since my wife applied her passport before our marriage, so my name is not yet mentioned in my wife passport.

Please let me know will it be a problem if I give all the supporting document without marriage certificate and due to her passport.

Apart from the above What other supporting document I need to give for dependent application.

Not important. They never asked for it.
3. Bank statement.
Compulsary

Marriage certificate is the most important document for ur spouse... it is not a problem if she has her maiden name in the passport..
