Visitor visa for spouses family

Hi Guys,

I am on Tier1 Gen and my wife is on dependant visa and she is carrying. We would like her family in India (Father, mother and sister) to be here for the delivery which is another 5 mths.

To put it straight here are the details of my in-laws family
Father- part-time business( no tax proof as everything is done in cash)
Mother- housewife
Sister- unemployed at the moment
They have some property and savings.

Me-in uk on a fulltime permanent job and my wife also works full time.

Could anyone with previous experience please advise
-what are the necessary documents that will be required?
-if I need to write a letter of sponsorship, direct me to a format of the letter?
-If there is any requirement of bank balance on my part or of the visitors part? if so how much?
