British Citizenship for wife and child

Post by rajesh.kishore » Sun Feb 14, 2010 10:21 am

Was on HSMP now on ILR. Wife and child is in UK for more than 3 years. So would this be 1 single application for all three or 1 application by me and one separate for them after I become citizen.

References would be great help.

Thanks in advance.

Assuming that they all have ILR, the children may register for British citizenship the same time when you apply for naturalisation. Wife may have to wait until you have been naturalised, unless she satisfies the standard requirements in her own right.
