BIOMETRIC TIER 4 VISA ID CARD LOST

hi.......I lost my Tier 4 Biometric card. Please anybody can tell me whats the procedure to get the new one. I have to apply again the same process and need to send the bank statements??? and for information my college is currently on suspension. Please advise me what to do. Cheers.

firsr of all report your nearest police station.
then you must have that latter when u receive the card fr the firs time there is a special reference number on that and the adress and telephone number on that who to contact and the procedure as well.
dosent matter if the college is suspended.
mainthing if you have leave to remain on it
