PSW appeal refused

Appeal refused: PSW (maintainace of funds) 04.02.10

I have to leave the country now- 28 days

My question is:

1. Can i make a fresh application when i go back hm, now when I've got the required money in my account and been maintaining it.

you can make a fresh application when u go home of course.. but u do know that u have to show 2800 pounds for three months when applying from outside the country.. maintain that amount in a fixed deposit or a savings account for 3 months and then apply..

u can do it with Â£2800 as maintenance..

why was ur appeal turned down?

if u can show 2800 pounds, surely u can show 800 pounds as well...

In relation to this, I will like to know If for instance the 1 yr deadline is in july when is the last possible time to make a new application from home country provided the funds have been in the account for 3 months

my situation is i have appeal hearing on 15th of march considering its rejected then i have april may june july
is it possible to make the application on the last possible day 17th of july
