86ti....as I said, I know, sometimes I keep asking the same questions, and it can be hard to read the same thing over and over again..so I am sorry for that, but most of all, I am really greatfull for your patientce, not only for reading, but even answering to this post. At least I get a bit more confident, and I will definetly follow your advices.

hi there
my wife is polish and she is in uk since 4 years now we maried in this year january
she have WRS and we dont know what to do
i can do familly permit or we msut wait that she have EEA1??to prouve her trity rights
im waiting for answer thanks

Hi...based on the above mentioned I think you could do the EEA family permit application...hopefully it works out for you...one thing..did you just say that you just get married? I think there is a condition of a marriage for at least of a 2 years..i might be wrong..

The only condition is that the marriage is genuine though the UK likes to investigate into the relationship before the marriage. Two years is certainly not set in stone.

Is there any update in you case?

Hi 86ti..
well, yeah, but not a positive one..they've send us a letter saying that they believe the decision they made is correct. That's it.. no more exlanation, nothing, so I get a strong feeling that the letter was not even forwarded to the ECM, since the signature was also given by a "visa service assistant"
so I decided that it is a time to reapply again, I am just trying to write the cover letter just now...

Could anyone of you tell me as per which regulation the following is true?
"One is not required to be a qualified person before the could invoke the right of the entry for their non EEA family member until they have lived in the host member state for more than 3 months"
