Info require on English Lang, Qualification N funds 4 TIER1

Hi All,

I am new to this board.. Its good to meet you all people in such a good board.
After reading UK BOARDER AGENCY HOME OFFICE's instructions ,Terms and conditions I have come across with some queries.
Please clarify my queries on HSMP TIER 1 as I want to apply on March 1st week.

1. Is PG certificates of M.C.A(From Andhra University including marks memo) is enough for English language test and Qualification or do I need to validate these from UKNRIC .I got one certificate from my college stating that I have completed my MCA in English Medium and awarded FIRST Class .. Please suggest me if anything required apart from this?

2.I am maintaining funds in a bank as fixed deposit other than my salaried account .. Is this enough?

3.I got last 12 months Payslips as well as Bank statements and also I had Hike letters from my employer which is stating my GROSS SALARY .. Is these are enough to submit or do I need to take a separate letter from my employer regarding Salary?.

Please help me on above queries as your support highly needed to me at this time.

- Please go through the PBS Calcultor and If your Masters (MCA) gets points for Educational and English then you can use it and Masters degree is enough

- Yes, Fixed Deposits are allowed by carries some risk as you need to get a letter from the bank that they are READILY available in cash when required..

- Payslips and Bankstatements are enough if the NET Salary is matching exactly within each document and as long as both are originals..

if they are not matching, get an Employer letter in the format given in the Sticky above by chetan

if the payslips AND/OR bankstatements are not original then get them both signed/stamped (Bankstatements on each page)

In PBS for MCA course not specially mentioned anything.
Regarding 1st Question :::
Can I select my qualification like below .
India(Country of study:) -->A.P(State: ) -->Master's Degree(Qualification: ) --> Andhra University(Institution or body: )--> 3 years or less than 4(Course length: ) -->Professional Subjects or IT / Computer Science(Course subject:) -->2005(Year of passout )

Regarding 2nd Question :::
Bank Manager will give the letter with duly signed and attested with Bank seal saying that funds are READILY available in cash when required . Hope this will be enough !


Regarding 3rd Question :::
Payslip net salary is as same as BANK STATEMENT credited amount .This is enough right because in my company they dont give on Company letter Head 12 month's details.
On Payslip(on plain A4 paper with black&White format..My company gives like this only) on company seal and Finance Manager sign with date ..Hope this will be enough.
Please suggest me if more required to submit.

I also have one question regarding English Language:

I have master degree and it appears in PBS calculator but I do not have any letter from University which can confirm the degree was tought in English. Can I still submit my application using the same degree ? or should I get a certificate from NARIC ?

If your degree is listed in PBS and gives you points for english language requirement, there is no need for a letter from the institution or a certificate from NARIC.
