Right Application form

Hello,

I am on old work permit ,not on point base tier 2. my child is born recently in uk.
Please help me out what visa form i need to submit ,i went through but didnt find it . some one told me they changed to point base application form.

And what other documents i need to submit ?

Application for an extension of stay as a dependant of a person
who has leave to remain under the points based system

For dependants of Tier 2 and Tier 4 Migrants, this is also an application for a Biometric Immigration Document

If that does not open pick it from the Applications by Dependants on the right side..

Your child will have to apply under the Tier 2 category, but transitional arrangements may apply. Please read points-based system dependents - policy guidance for more details.

Thanks for all your reply.as i mentioned i am not on point base system and my wife is my dependent (she also not on point base dependent).

So if my child goes on point base then how much money i need to show in my bank statement and wat other requirements will apply ?
