Tier1 Dependent Entry clearance

Hello All

I have a serious query hope you all will advice me how to deal with it !
I am on Tier1 General in UK since more than 1 year and six months and recently i got married and would like to call my wife as dependent on me, to join me in UK who is lndia.

I want you experts to advice me what all documents i should send to my wife to submit to the british high commission in india.

Please mention in brief.
