How to send application to PO Box address?

How to send application to PO Box address?

I am finally ready to submit my application but am not sure how to arrange secure delivery to the PO Box address in Doncaster...

UPS and FedEx would not deliver. Do you have any suggestions?

I am sending it from the US.
