Application Refused not given any Points of specialist role

Post by nizamm » Fri Jan 20, 2006 4:12 pm

I have more then 10 years Exp in IT Networking and Security with 5+ Specialist Role.

The case worker did not given any points for Specialist Role, i had claimed for 50 Points but only got 25.

The caseworker Comments are - Similar working throughout and it is difficult to for him know the specilaist role.

So, dear friends i am changing all my experince letters and modifing as HSMP guidlines.

If i apply for new Appilcation, they will check old Appilcation also.

Your application will be processed only on the documents you submit. Even if they refer your previous application, as long as you havent submit false documents, you should be fine. All you are doing is requesting your employers to given you a more elaborate experience certificate in the lines acceptable by the Home Office.

Good luck with your application.

Wazir bhai,

I called my previous two employers out of 5 and requested them to kinldy change the job title from Network Engineer to System Administrator and other Employer from Also from Network Engineer to Network Administrator.

So i can make some differnce in working, the employer agreed.

Will they be a problem. because there was previous Appilcation that was refused.

What you are talking about is changing your job title and experience letters tailored to the requirements of the HSMP guidelines. Would you consider the changed letters a true reflection of your past experience? Any misrepresentation of facts and documents is wrong even if you can get away with it.

Having said that I am not sure if they will refer to your previous application, maybe someone else can comment on that.
