Wrong tier 1 form submitted

I applied for extension of my HSMP visa on 12 Jan 2009 by post, well before my visa expiry date of 15th Jan 2010.

I got my visa application returned today on 18 Feb 2010 as invalid for the reason that I have used the wrong application form.

I am going to make a fresh application today. I am wondering if everything will look ok. Is there anything I need to take care of?

Does anyone have any such expirences?

Make sure

1. when you apply fresh that the latest Maintenance bank statements are falling within 1month on the date you apply AND

2. Your photos are also latest and falling within 1month

3. And your earnings period is with in last 15months
