I have been trying to check this site
www.workingintheuk.gov.uk and www.ind.homeoffice.gov.uk for a few days now and no success??? whats happening? anybody knows?

My hard disk just crashed so I need to download some forms from these sites... :!:

You are not alone in finding that! They seem to be particularly slow during UK working hours, as if the staff working there are using the same server.

Try again a bit later, or at the weekend, and hopefully you will find those sites a lot quicker.

This website is so so slow, I have to download the FLR(IED) form for HSMP extension but I am not able to do it :(
I'd rather be a could-be if I cannot be an are; because a could-be is a maybe who is reaching for a star.

This is all part of the same problem mentioned here.

So we know that they are aware of the problem and plan to tackle it, but clearly it is still unacceptably slow at the moment.
