hi BLK235,i'm no EEA national divorced to EEA national after been married for more than 3 years living the whole period in UK
i wondering if it's enough to show that my ex wife has been exercing treaty right during the time of divorce(from filling the petition till the end of divorce) for retain my right of residence.
