Yes, i think the new changes will effect you if there will be any change in SOL (means priority of Oracle can remain same or can be changed). If priority of Oracle will remain same, then you will get the same points. If priority will change, then you will effected.
New changes which will take effect at the end of April will decide the fate of MODL & SOL. Applying to ACS at this point of time is very tricky even many consultants are not willing to apply for their customers, because no one knows as how ACS will be going to evaluate the cases and which code they will assign to people who are applying during this intermediate period from Feb 08,2010 to end of April 2010.
Situation can be more tricky for you if you receive a code from ACS, which is no longer in newly updated SOL, then you will have to wait for another 2 years to apply for ACS again. But if priority will remain same and Oracle remains on SOL after April, then you can go ahead with same points as before Feb 08,2010.
