i hope i ll get answer here i ve read on that forum someone said HO is gonna black listed overstayers and they re gonna get ban for one year vefore applying for UK visa?
is that true? Is that ban includes overstayers applying for spouse visa -EEA family permit or only under UK Spouse Visa?
Im really fear hearing this as my husband will soon apply for EEa family permit from his hone country since he left uk in august 2009 and he was an overstayer..he got delay in applying cos of his home country expired passport and delays issuing new one..im scared to being ban and separted for another year:(
