It's not the first and last time....but CCL/Univisas scams were bigger and uglier that made UKBA to toughen the rules.

No one should get too excited by this. Why? Because as from last Monday the Tier 4 system was tightened considerably.

So visa letters are now totally worthless .... not worth the paper they are printed on.
