Could we add earnings from dependent??

Hi,
I just want to know that could we add earnings of dependent to get points in PBS for Tier 1 General Category.

For example: Main applicant earnings + dependent earnings = PBS points..

I would appreciate any help in this regard.

In worst case scenario, if a person couldn't get a job of £20K in PSW period what is the best thing to do?

Work 2 jobs / employment + self-employment / wait for income to increase / demand a salary hike / demand a promotion / change to a higher paying job etc. etc.

For being simple and honest .

If your dependant can work for a ltd company that you have in your name and you can pay dividends to your name based on company earnings and pay yourself the salary for being a directory of your company and your dependant doesn't mind not getting paid much for working for your company, Such earnings can be added to your fulltime earnings fulfilling the requirement for PBS.
