Hi,
I applied for HSMP on 13 Feb 2006 and got my visa on 20th April 2006, Came to UK on 9th June 2006 got FLR on 20th April 2008 till 20th april 2011. What is earliest date I can apply for ILR? I think I can apply on may 2010 as I fall into 4 year category under 2009 Judicial Review. Am I right in thinking this?
