Processing time UK Tier 1 â€“ VFS â€“ Hydeabad.

Hello,

I applied on the 15th Feb and got an SMS on the same day saying its sent to BHC.
Got an SMS tht vsa is under process at BHC on the 20th Feb.
No messages after it...Anxiously waiting..

Seems like it takes abou 10-13 days based on the timelines of most others who have received it.

Even I applied on 15th February from VFS, New Delhi. Status changed same day that the application is forwarded to BHC, New Delhi. On 20th Feb got SMS that Visa is under consideration at British High Commission. Till now the status is same. Don't know how much time more this is going to take. This wait is killing me.

Does it take about 10-12 working days from the day we get a status change as to processing by high commission ??

Hi

I ahve applied on 18th Feb 2010 at Chennai VFS.
Status Updated on 19th Feb 2010 as Application Dispatched to BHC
status updated on 24th Feb 2010 as visa under Process at BHC
Still awaiting decision.

10-12working days is an average time that is coming out these days.. it is not mandatory.. it is the time since u submitted ur application.. and it again depends up individual case.. some even got in 3-5days... and some took 30days also..

I have just received a call from VFS Chennai asking for fresh Biometrics.
My application has been in process since 24th Feb 2010.

does this mean anything?

They didn't mention anything about status changes.
They just asked me to come to VFS for fresh Biometrics.

Applied: 15h Feb 2010
SMS on Dispatch: 15th Feb
SMS on processing: 20th Feb

Yet to hear from VFS on the same. Hopefully the wait must end this week.
