Possible to apply for PR from home country after going back?

We got TR application lodged, but we were planning to boost up our points elegibility in order to convert our application from TR to PR.

Is it possible for us to go back to our home country and apply for the PR from there?

Please all the GURUS and Moderators please guide us.

Yes, you can apply from your home country for Australian PR.
