Need help on Visitor Visa

Hi ,
I have been living in UK for one year on Tier 1 visa. I want to sponser for visa for my mother.
Can you please tell me what all documents my mother needs to submit for visiting visa? She doesnt have any property on her name? will that be a problem? some property document is mandatory?

Appreciate any quick response.
