Default settings for users

Admins, I noticed that several users' posts don't show the quotes (of others' posts) correctly,
i.e. they are displayed as, e.g. [quote:="abcd"]Blah blah[/quote] - rather than as proper quotes:

Blah blah

I noticed this functionality is controlled by the "Always allow BBCode:" option in the user Profile.
Can this be set to 'Yes' for all users as default? This would help in the readability of posts here.
